M2 Announces New Big Brake Kit M2 Performance has announced their latest
big brake kit. Design goals of the M2 / Willwood 6-Piston Front Brake Package include:
M2 has achieved all of these requirements and more. Priced well below the target, this direct bolt-on kit comes complete with 13” vented & slotted rotors; rigid 6-piston billet aluminum calipers; differential bore deep-cup stainless steel pistons for even pad wear and improved heat resistance; anti-rattle clips to eliminate pad chatter; brake pads specific for your application; SS brake lines; and Motul brake fluid. This kit weighs-in at 24lbs/side for the entire assembly including pads (the same weight as the OEM brakes). This kit even compares favorably to M2's ultra-high perf AP offering at 22lbs. These brakes provide extremely good braking force and a very firm pedal utilizing the OEM master cylinder. For more info on this and other M2 brake kits and products, contact Mostly Mazda or phone 925-686-9047.

Supra Club Contact (but we won't hold that against him :-): Six of the top ten drivers in Super Stock drove 3rd generation RX-7s. However, for the first time since its move to SS, an RX-7 did not take first place in the National Championship. The RX-7 drivers did even better in the ProSolo SS category, taking first as well as six of the top ten places. Stay tuned for a guide on preparing the 3rd generation RX-7 for SS and A Street
Prepared, coming soon.
